About

Hi, I’m Nabil Badran, an award-winning tech entrepreneur currently doing an Electrical Engineering degree apprenticeship at RES. I was a maths tutor for 2 years and noticed the inefficiencies in admin processes, which led me to found Rixa Technologies. Since then I’ve won an award and been a finalist in another, as listed below!


In my free time, I play football as a goalkeeper for Camden United and watch Manchester United which sometimes is an emotional roller coaster 😅.


I enjoy designing and building electronic projects with my 3D printer, which usually involves automating tasks or creating unique solutions to everyday problems. I have listed some of my projects!

Antoin Akpom Achievements Foundation

Award: Young Entrepreneur of the year 2023

Description:
This award was presented to me at my school by actor Dr. Winston Ellis, who played Palifico in Pirates of the Caribbean. After receiving it, I had the opportunity to give a talk to my cohort to show how my journey started and to motivate them to start theirs. I was also featured in the printed and online copies of the Camden News Journal which was quite surreal.

Award: Young Tech Founders Finalist 2024

Description:
I was a finalist for the Young Tech Founder Award and was privileged to be invited to a networking event sponsored by JP Morgan prior to the award ceremony. There, I had the opportunity to meet other finalists and connect with industry professionals. While I didn’t win, the event was an eye-opening experience where I made valuable connections and lasting friendships. It inspired me to continue growing my skills.
